How we take care of ourselves effects how we see and
live in the world around us. I teach and work with
others on understanding the energy of the body, mind and
spirit through yoga therapy,
work and essential oils.
My sessions and programs are designed around individual
clients needs. We will discover together what areas to
focus on and create a plan to help move you forward to
living a healthier, more balanced life emotionally,
physically and spiritually using Holistic Wellness

What is Holistic Wellness?
Holistic Wellness emphasizes the importance of
the whole body and the interdependence of all its parts.
It is about recognizing that what affects one part or
system affects the whole body.
When working with holistic healing the practitioner
looks at the entire picture of the body, physically,
emotionally, and spiritually to discover were the
imbalance may be.
Our habits and actions affect our health. Holistic
practices work to bring back balance by healthy life
style changes and teaching and educating the client
about preventive care.
There are many holistic modalities available for finding
balance of body, mind and spirit. Many people are
finding healing through a variety of holistic modalities
As more people are searching for improved health and
wellness, the demand for holistic modalities has
increased. It is estimated that the demand for these
therapies has increased by 30% in the last ten years.
My practice is about teaching and educating others on
how to begin creating steps and choices towards a more
balanced and fulfilled life.
